Notater - Witch persecution after the era of the Witch trials.
Gustav Henningsen
....
In 1710 an action for slander was brought at Nakskov City Court when Skipper Tolle Guttormsen charged Anders Krag, an attorney from Maribo, with having accused his wife of bewitching Jacob Krag, the attorney's brother, who had been "struck down with a strange weakness". The attorney resorted to various underhand tricks to hold up the course of justice. At length, however, after the Skipper had appealed to the King, the attorney was ordered to apologize for this accusations and pay the costs of the case.
(Haugner 1938, 222-223).
